By accessing or using LGBTShops ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit a listing. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Listings & submissions

Your responsibility

If you submit a business listing, review, or photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Service.

Our review

We review submissions before publishing and may edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion — particularly content that is misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with our community standards.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or fraudulent listings or reviews
• Harass, threaten, or out other users or business owners
• Scrape, copy, or republish the directory without written permission
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to promote anti-LGBTQ+ content or businesses

Listings are not endorsements

A listing on LGBTShops means a business has been submitted and reviewed — it doesn't guarantee your experience there. We do our best, but we can't personally vouch for every interaction. If you have a concern about a listing, please report it.

Accounts & security

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGBTShops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LGBTShops is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by law.
